Sprint Attacks T-Mobile's 4G Network Claims

T-Mobile has just transformed its HSPA+ network into a 4G network. After all, the carrier's high-speed network can deliver speeds that match and often beat WiMAX 4G and are comparable to what early LTE 4G will deliver.  However, Sprint will not let it pass.  Sprint 4G President Matt Carter fired back by saying: "Halloween is over--it's time for T-Mobile to stop dressing up like their favorite super hero--Sprint 4G."

It appears that Sprint WiMAX 4G vs T-Mobile 4G has begun.  The battle will become more exciting once Verizon's LTE 4G network joins the fray.

Sprint and Clearwire continued the expansion of their WiMAX 4G network despite the growth in competition. WiMAX 4G is now live in New York City, Hartford and New Haven, Connecticut, as well as Trenton and Tampa Bay.
